Our datacenter is SSAE 16 Type II and CSAE 3416 certified. Our provider have undertaken an independent and in-depth audit of its control activities, including management of technology and related hosting and network services provided to its customers. On an annual basis, our provider will renew this certification to validate the effectiveness of its internal controls.

Regulated Climate Control

The weather’s always perfect here at the Octadyne System data center. Our heating ventilation air conditioning (HVAC) systems have full particle filtering and humidity control. The climate within the data center is maintained according to ASHRAE Guidelines to ensure that your server and hardware is functioning at its best.

Uninterrupted Power

We don’t rely upon the local power grid to guarantee uptime. Our on-site diesel-powered generators and uninterruptible power systems (UPS) provide redundant power to ensure uninterrupted datacenter operation. All critical IT infrastructure is regularly tested to ensure they will function as designed in the event of an emergency. Our datacenters are physically isolated from everyone but authorized personnel. Monitored closed circuit television and a 24x7x365 onsite security team guards the facility while military-grade pass card access and biometric scanning units provide further layers of security.

24x7x365 NOC

The Network Operations Center (NOC) monitors the network 24x7x365, while our network engineers and hosting data center personnel are available at any time in the event of an emergency.
